The "Selenean summit" refers to the "highest" point on The Moon, notionally similar to Mount Everest on the Earth.

At some 10,500 m+, it is nearly 20% higher than Earth's highest point. Although methods of measurement differ somewhat (e.g. where is sea level on The Moon?), since its discovery in 2010 by the LRO teams, nowhere else has surpassed this region's height measurements on the lunar surface.[1]

Professor Mark S. Robinson (School of Earth and Space Exploration, Arizona State University) is widely cited as the project leader of the LRO discovery team.

Approximate coordinates for the summit are LAT: 5.4125 , LON: 201.3665

The summit is located on the far side of The Moon relative to Earth.
